Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry was an Indian lyricist and poet who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema. Renowned for his profound, poetic, and thought-provoking lyrics, he wrote thousands of songs over a career spanning more than three decades. A recipient of the Padma Shri and multiple Nandi Awards, he is widely regarded as one of the greatest lyricists in the history of Telugu cinema.
