By accessing or using Geetify (geetify.tantramsha.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use Geetify. By using this platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. What Geetify is

Geetify is a community-driven platform for discovering and contributing song lyrics for South Indian music - including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and other regional languages. Lyrics are provided for educational, cultural, and informational purposes.

4. User accounts

• You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must not create accounts for others or use someone else's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Contributing lyrics

Geetify allows users to submit, edit, and correct lyrics. By contributing content, you agree to the following:

• You grant Geetify a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your contributed content on the platform.
• You must not submit lyrics you do not have permission to share, or lyrics that are grossly inaccurate or fabricated.
• You acknowledge that song lyrics are the intellectual property of the original rights holders (artists, composers, publishers). Your contribution is a good-faith effort to make existing work accessible.
• Geetify does not pay contributors. This is a voluntary community effort.
• We reserve the right to edit or remove any contributed content at our discretion.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from Geetify without permission
• Submit spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual property

Song lyrics, images, and other content displayed on Geetify belong to their respective rights holders (artists, composers, music labels, photographers). Geetify does not claim ownership of any third-party creative content. All such content is used in good faith for educational and cultural purposes.

The Geetify platform itself - including its code, design, and original written content - is the property of the creator and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Geetify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform or any content on it. Use it at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geetify and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Geetify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
